Progressive practices to develop effective stroke technique (short axis)

The objective of this CPD is to provide swimming teachers with advanced strategies and progressive practices for developing effective stroke techniques and rectifying common faults in short axis strokes, specifically butterfly and breaststroke. Learners will gain an in-depth understanding of the biomechanics of these strokes, learn to identify and correct common technical errors, and implement progressive drills, skills and practices. This CPD aims to enhance the teachers’ ability to refine swimmers’ stroke techniques, improve performance, and reduce the risk of injury in short axis strokes.
