The CPD will explore methods for teaching and reinforcing these fundamental skills, with a focus on practical application in the pool environment. Teachers will learn how to use demonstrations, progressive practices, and feedback to help swimmers build a solid technical foundation. By the end of the session, teachers will be able to confidently deliver lessons that promote the development of these essential swimming skills, enhancing overall water competency and performance.
