Corrective practices and essential swimming skills for butterfly

The objective of this CPD is to provide swimming teachers with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to teach and refine butterfly technique effectively. Participants will gain a better understanding of the fundamental skills that underpin effective buttefly, including such skills as aquatic breathing, floatation and rotation. This CPD aims to enhance teachers’ ability to develop these essential skills in their swimmers, leading to improved performance, efficiency, and overall technique in butterfly.
