Corrective practices and essential swimming skills for breaststroke

The objective of this CPD is to provide swimming teachers with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to teach and refine breaststroke technique effectively. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the fundamental skills that underpin effective breaststroke, including such skills as streamlining, rotation and sculling. This CPD aims to enhance teachers’ ability to develop these essential skills in their swimmers, leading to improved performance, efficiency, and overall technique in breaststroke.
