Class management, organisation and differentation

The objective of this CPD is to equip swimming teachers with essential skills, knowledge and confidence in class management, organisation, and differentiation. Participants will learn to maintain a positive and safe learning environment, use lesson time efficiently and create well-structured, inclusive and engaging lessons. The course also focuses on mastering differentiation techniques to ensure all participants are engaged and making progress.
